My Tactics Game

my game in alpha version with a bunch of ripped from other games content, but with fully original idea which started as a table game, partly inspired by games like Heroes3 and Age of Wonders (tactical parts of them). Right now it is Playable-to-some-extent, so not a draft, and I have a decent pile of docs to gradually cover most of other remaining aspects.
Genre: Turn-based tactics
Setting: Dark Fantasy
Platforms: Single, Hotseat or Client mode on Win, Android, Linux (in theory MacOS and IOS, as supported by CGE), and Server (in development as well) Team: I’m the author and main dev, there is a set of friends who test, provide some help with arts, models, content, configs and rarely some basic programming things.
So if anyone is interested in programming (I can do it myself, ofc, but help is appreciated) or artwork (this I can’t do and need definitely help) or modelling or sound design or marketing - welcome

Interesting genre.
What graphic style you want to see in you game? It will be full 3D or 2D/3D mix?

For start you can create color palette and find some reference examples for art style. This will make the visual more complete.

It is planned to be 3d, but hypothetically some elements could stay 2d.
For now it is messy, I know, bc it is the art and assets from different places, and not integrated at all, but we are working with couple of people to find good references, style and composition. For now it is a playable alpha/demo version, bc I concentrated on the battle flow.
Ofc we will gradually improve the corresponding parts with more nicer graphics, with some lore/story. And in general it would be a thrilling tactical fantasy battle. It is possible to play single session in 10-15 mins and it has good replayabiility bc player is able to collect varieties of characters.
