# How to Best Get Help
- Clearly state the problem you need to solve.
- Mention your Operating System (OS), the version of Free Pascal Compiler (FPC), Lazarus and Castle Game Engine (CGE).
- Provide a _piece of code to reproduce the issue_. Ideally, provide a complete code that compiles, and demonstrates your problem.
- If you see any error message, please show it _exactly_. Either copy-paste or make a screenshot. Do not just write _“I tried X, and it didn’t work!”_, explain _how_ it did not work.
